我们很高兴邀请于书坤博士担任江苏大学应用微生物研究所的荣誉工业顾问。 于博士曾在全球100强500强企业杜邦（DuPont）、国际香精香料公司（IFF）以及丹尼斯科公司（Danisco）的工业生物科技部门工作了32年，曾担任IFF技术院士（Technical Fellow）、杜邦首席科学家（Principal Senior Scientist）和博士生导师。他的研究领域包括酶的发现、筛选、酶分子的优化改造，以及应用酶学研究。
他申请了57项国际发明专利（其中PCT专利超过40项），专利申请覆盖美国、欧盟、中国、日本、巴西、俄罗斯、墨西哥、澳大利亚等多个国家和地区。他共发表论著97篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表的有51篇。
在上述企业工作期间，他共获得7项创值发明奖，并荣获1项IFF企业文化奖。他还组织并参与了多项由欧盟、丹麦和瑞典政府资助的科研项目，总经费达760万欧元。
在科研项目评估方面，于博士曾担任欧盟科研框架计划（第五至第七框架）以及欧盟居里夫人基金的评审专家，拥有12年的欧盟科研项目评审经验。
在教学方面，他与欧盟多所大学联合培养了11名博士毕业生和多名硕士毕业生。他还曾担任国际香精香料公司（IFF）职工大学的导师（Mentor），并在全球100强名校之一的瑞典隆德大学担任兼职教授6年。此外，于博士还精通丹麦语、瑞典语、英语和中文。

We are please to invite Dr Shukun Yu as our Honorary Industry Advisor at the Institute of Applied Microbiology, Jiangsu University. Dr. Yu worked for 32 years in the industrial biotechnology departments of global top 100 and Fortune 500 companies, including DuPont, International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF), and Danisco. He served as an IFF Technical Fellow, a DuPont Principal Senior Scientist, and a doctoral supervisor. His research areas included enzyme discovery, screening, molecular optimization and modification of enzymes, and applied enzymology.
He has filed 57 international patent applications (including over 40 PCT patents), with patent filings covering multiple countries and regions such as the United States, the European Union, China, Japan, Brazil, Russia, Mexico, and Australia. He has published a total of 97 papers and books, including 51 as first author or corresponding author.
During his tenure at the above-mentioned companies, he received seven Value Creation Invention Awards and one IFF Corporate Culture Award. He also organized and participated in multiple research projects funded by the European Union, Danish, and Swedish governments, with a total budget of €7.6 million.
In the area of research project evaluation, Dr. Yu served as a review expert for the EU Framework Programmes (Fifth to Seventh Frameworks) and the EU Marie Curie Fellowships, with 12 years of experience in EU research evaluation.
In terms of teaching, he co-supervised 11 doctoral graduates and several master's graduates in collaboration with multiple European universities. He also served as a mentor at IFF's Corporate University and as an adjunct professor for six years at Lund University in Sweden, one of the world's top 100 universities. Additionally, he is proficient in Danish, Swedish, English, and Chinese.
